So, here’s a round-up of what you have asked for and what we offer you, over and above our premium optical services.
You park, we pay
We’ve had a few customers commenting on the cost of parking in Liverpool city centre, and we agree it can be pretty expensive! We want you to continue to choose Silverberg as your favourite independent optician, so we have a solution.
From January 2019 we will pay your parking up to £10 when making a purchase over £100* at Silverberg Opticians. Don’t forget to let us know at the time of your purchase as we can’t reimburse afterwards.
Refer a friend
From what we have been told, we know that most of our customers enjoy their in-store experience. Did you enjoy it enough to mention it to a friend?
For us, the best way to grow our business is via word of mouth. That’s why we want to thank any customer who recommends Silverberg Opticians to a friend.
Refer your friend to us and when they make a purchase ask them to mention your name. We will then send you a £20 gift voucher. **
Silverberg Aftercare Service
A new piece of eyewear is an investment. An investment in your vision, an investment in your wellbeing and an investment in your image. We want you to get the most out of that investment, so we offer a complimentary aftercare service – for as long as you own your Silverberg spectacles!
In the first few days or even weeks after purchasing your new spectacles you may feel that the frame needs further fitting or adjustment. If so, we welcome you back in store to make sure they are perfect for you.
We also recommend that in six to twelve months you come in for a complementary eyewear service, to make sure your spectacles are still performing at their optimum.
Eyewear services are available to customers throughout the lifetime of your Silverberg spectacles!
In house lab and glazing service
We are one of the few opticians in Liverpool with an in-house Glazing Lab. Lee, our Lab Manager, has been with the company for over 15 years, mastering his trade and possessing an encyclopaedic product knowledge that surpasses most.
This means we can offer you services that many other opticians simply can’t, including our one-hour glazing service and in-house repairs, meaning you won’t be left without your spectacles for any longer than you have to be.
We love a get together! Which is why we make the most of any events in our fabulous city. 2018 saw us host an in-store party to celebrate the Giants’ last ever visit. We couldn’t have been more delighted when Xolo made a detour right past us!
Liverpool loves the Grand National Festival, so we make sure we host a pre-race party to get you in the mood and help you find your finishing touches for your outfit. We like to offer mince pies and bubbly at Christmas time to make all that shopping a bit more bearable. And we host a tennis tournament every year to raise funds for charity and simply for fun.
